Terms of Service

1. Services
springup.design provides web design and no-code development services including landing page design, website redesign, and Ul/UX design for Saas companies and startups. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a separate project brief agreed upon before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered. All prices are fixed and agreed upon before the project starts. No hidden fees.
3. Timeline & Delivery
Standard delivery time is 14 days from the date all required materials are received from the client. Delays caused by the client will extend the timeline accordingly.
4. Revisions
Revisions are included at each work stage at no additional charge.
5. Ownership
All design files remain the property of SpringUp.design until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables. SpringUp.design reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellation
The 50% deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation reason. If the client cancels after work has begun, they forfeit the deposit and any work completed up to that point.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
springup.design is not responsible for any indirect damages arising from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
9. Governing Law
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
